In Zeluán is an audiovisual ecosystem, a coworking space, that fosters interaction between creators and professionals in the audiovisual sector by offering infrastructure, encouraging horizontal cooperation, and providing support when needed, all while respecting the individual projects of each member. The In Zeluán ecosystem will also allow for the creation of a job pool (human resources) to advise and comprehensively promote projects (co-production) and to provide services to productions in Asturias. Emerged from the conviction of being able to transform a 1,000 m2 carbon fiber factory into a sustainable and multifunctional service center, one that supports the well-being of a corporate audiovisual hub, the local community and visitors. The goal is to revitalize, diversify, and open up opportunities in an area traditionally dedicated to industrial production. In short, En Zeluán will be the result of seasonally transforming a 350 m2 industrial warehouse into an innovative space - what we’ve defined as Active Industrial Plaza ;), to host seasonal artistic and cultural events, workshops and exhibitions.
